Since it was established in 1827, KTH has become one of Europe’s leading technical and engineering universities and a key centre for intellectual and development. As Sweden’s largest technical research and education institution, we attract students and researchers from all over the world.
At our Flemingsberg site, we offer foundation courses in civil engineering and master’s programmes in medical technology, as well as three-year bachelor’s engineering courses in computer science, electrical engineering and engineering and economics. Foundation courses in engineering and a large number of master’s courses are available.
Our MedTech courses are closely linked to the neighbouring Karolinska University Hospital. Our three-year bachelor’s engineering courses include extensive project work relevant to your future working life – irrespective of whether you’re set to maintain Sweden’s power supply or develop critical applications.
An important aspect of our research and education activities at Flemingsberg relates to finding new smart solutions to global social challenges in the fields of health, aging populations, energy and sustainable employment.
In the summer of 2016, KTH relocated to an entirely new building with contemporary, light study facilities. The variety of courses on offer creates a diverse and dynamic learning environment.
