Education and research for sustainable societal development
Södertörn University, SH, is an educational establishment in Stockholm that educates, researches and works to promote sustainable societal development. Our campus is located in Flemingsberg, 19 minutes by commuter train from Stockholm Central.
We offer our 11,000 students some 70 programmes and 250 courses. Tuition and research is conducted in the humanities, social sciences, engineering and science. We also offer police and teacher training with an intellectual profile. Much of our research centres on issues related to the Baltic Sea and the Baltic region.
