Accommodation at the heart of campus
Considerable efforts are being made to build more student housing directly adjacent to the campus area. Nobelus is a brand-new neighbourhood that mixes researcher and student accommodation. Additional student housing is being built along Hälsovägen, close to Flemingsberg Park. In Visättra Ängar and Björnkulla, you’ll find new-build and slightly older student accommodation.
Student Apartment with a Head Start
Huge Bostäder offers more than 80 newly built student apartments on Medicinvägen in Flemingsberg, giving students a head start in Stockholm’s housing market. By earning queue points in Huge’s internal housing queue during your studies, you can move from your student apartment to a permanent first-hand rental contract after graduation.
Live at the heart of campus
Nobelus is the name of the growing student and researcher accommodation along Alfred Nobel Allé. This is where the first approximately 450 apartments were ready in 2016. Some 400 additional apartments are now planned for this area. Shared spaces to encourage interaction between residents have been prioritised, and there are also retail premises on the building’s ground floor.
The home with a view – and a vision
Right in the heart of Campus Flemingsberg, the Blick neighbourhood offers sweeping views over treetops and a vibrant campus life. Here you’ll find everything from compact studios to spacious three-bedroom apartments. At the heart of the neighbourhood is a new square featuring a rooftop terrace, study spaces, and lounges. A total of 800 apartments will be completed when the area is fully developed in 2027.
Skönhetsprisat studenthus
Studenthuset i Flemingsberg centrum har blivit en symbol för hela Flemingsberg. Det belönades också med Huddinges Skönhetspris när det stod klart. Här finns cirka 169 lägenheter i tretton våningar. Huset ägs av kommunala bostadsbolaget Huge och rymmer gemensamma lokaler och ett dygnet-runt-öppet gym.

Living close to campus makes everyday life more convenient, and having fellow students as neighbours can make your time at university both more enjoyable and less lonely. Huge offers around 850 student apartments in Stuvsta, Björnkulla, Flemingsberg Centre, and Visättra.
Live in second hand or as a resident
The secondhand-living brokerage Akademisk kvart was started on the initiative of SSCO – the central organization of Stockholm’s student unions. The agency is supported by the five largest universities in Stockholm with the goal of providing housing that fits a student’s wallet. Remember to always take out home insurance even if you sublet an apartment.
High-up in the middle of Flemingsberg Centrum
At the end of the 1990s, Stiftelsen Stockholms studentbostäder (SSSB) purchased the fourteen-storey Medicinaren building that contained around 300 apartments. It includes student rooms – rooms off corridors and apartments. Corridor rooms are en suite and have shared kitchens.

Andrahandsförmedlingen Akademisk kvart startades på initiativ av SSCO – Stockholms studentkårers centralorganisation. Förmedlingen stöds av de fem största lärosätena i Stockholm med målet att förmedla bostäder som passar en students plånbok. Tänk på att alltid teckna hemförsäkring även om du hyr lägenhet i andra hand.
