Study in a unique environment

Widerströmska College is opening in autumn 2019. By studying here, you will have the opportunity to work in a unique environment – surrounded by today’s and tomorrow’s researchers, engineers, doctors and entrepreneurs: the college is located at the heart of Campus Flemingsberg.

In autumn 2019, Widerströmska College will open its doors: a municipal college focusing on life sciences (science, engineering, health and entrepreneurship) on Campus Flemingsberg.

In its first year, the college will accept 180 students. It will be fully built in 2021, with space for 500 students.

Students will be able to read engineering, science, economics or healthcare programmes, or a fourth engineering programme. All the college’s courses feature a focus on life sciences.

Through close co-operation with the higher education colleges in the local area, students have excellent opportunities to continue their studies at university level after leaving us.

The college’s activities will be fully integrated with the surrounding higher education institutions on Campus Flemingsberg with premises in the NEO building, which is shared with Karolinska Institutet. Our closest neighbours are KTH and the Swedish Red Cross University Hospital, and Södertörn University is also located on campus.

The college’s premises will have many multi-purpose spaces that can be adapted to different requirements. Students benefit from an inspirational and varied educational environment that supports creativity and study.

Widerströmska College is opening in autumn 2019 centrally at Campus Flemingsberg.
